Shipping Methods

» By Email (E-Voucher) – 9am and 5pm, or the next day after payment confirmation.
» Via CTT Normal Mail (Postcard type).

Voucher Order Conditions

» Vouchers valid for 2 years (24 months)
» Once the validity period has expired, the voucher is null and void
» Has the option of re-activation if requested within the validity period
» Re-activation cost of €60 per gift voucher
» After re-activation it will be valid for another 3 months
» The voucher can be transferred to another person within the validity period and without transfer costs.
» Gift vouchers are non-refundable!
